Useful information about our service model, property fit, estimate process and the relationship between Suncoast Exteriors and Green Thumb.

What types of properties does Suncoast Exteriors serve?+

Suncoast Exteriors considers residential, HOA, community and commercial opportunities in Sarasota and surrounding communities. Service availability depends on the location, property, requested scope and current capacity.

How does Green Thumb relate to Suncoast Exteriors?+

Green Thumb Lawn & Landscape Services is the dedicated recurring lawn and landscape maintenance division of Suncoast Exteriors. It retains its established identity while operating within the broader Suncoast Exteriors property-services platform.

What Green Thumb maintenance plans are available?+

Green Thumb organizes recurring care into Basic Core, Curb Appeal and Signature Estate plans. The appropriate plan and exact included scope are recommended after reviewing the property, expectations and service requirements.

Do you provide one-time projects as well as recurring maintenance?+

Yes. Suncoast Exteriors considers landscape enhancements, cleanup and restoration work, sod, mulch, planting and selected specialty property services in addition to recurring maintenance through Green Thumb.

Can you help us visualize a proposed improvement?+

For suitable projects, Suncoast Exteriors may provide conceptual visuals and written property recommendations to communicate the proposed direction. These visuals are illustrative and are not architectural or engineered plans.

Can a larger project be completed in phases?+

Yes. When the work supports it, a recommendation may be separated into logical priorities or phases so the client can understand the sequence and investment choices.

Are all specialty services performed by Suncoast Exteriors employees?+

Not necessarily. Work requiring specialty capability, equipment or licensing may be performed by qualified service partners. The proposal should identify the applicable scope and delivery arrangement.

What happens after I submit an estimate request?+

The information is reviewed for location, service and project fit. Suncoast Exteriors then explains the appropriate next step, which may include requesting additional details, arranging a property visit or preparing a proposal.

Do you publish service prices online?+

No. Property conditions, preparation, materials, access and scope vary. Suncoast Exteriors develops pricing around the specific work rather than publishing generic prices that may not reflect the property.
